Whether you want to lose weight, build lean muscle, or just be healthier, this challenge can help you accomplish your goal! We don’t believe in cookie-cutter solutions–a plan that works for one person, might not work for you. That’s why we personally review each participant’s goals and progress every week to write a custom road map to success.

How it works

The Diesel Physique Fit Challenges are structured to make working out as easy and simple as possible but at the same time pushing you to get 1% better everyday.

The workout programs and meal plans are written in detail and I will answer all of your questions 24/7. These are just the tools though, it’s up to you to do the work!

Upon signing up, you will receive a confirmation email. In this email will be instructions on adding a private group on Facebook. Please include the email you used when paying. We will add you to the group. This Facebook group is where we will answer all questions, host all the weekly check ins, upload all meal plans, and post all workout plans. We will also use the private Facebook group to help encourage and motivate the group as a whole.

Daniel is a Certified Personal Trainer who specializes in training for strength, weight loss, and functional fitness. He enjoys working with individuals who have a passion for health and fitness because he believes mental strength is just as important as physical strength when it comes to getting into shape. By combining strength and resistance training with core conditioning and a wide variety of cardiovascular training, Daniel is ready to assist you in setting and achieving your lifestyle and fitness goals. Along with being a world class athlete, Daniel personally trains athletes at the highest levels from professional body builders to UFC Fighters to NFL & MLB players.
