General Questions

What happens After I Sign Up?

You will recieve a confirmation email .  In this email will be instruction on getting added to the private group on Facebook.

What Measurements should i track?

Chest, Upper Arm, Waist, Hips, Thighs.

What if I don't want To Share Pictures on The Facebook Group?

No problem!  You can direct message them to Daniel or Nathan each week.

Do I NEed Supplements?

You do not have to have supplements but we recommend them to maximize results and for general health advantages.  From a budget standpoint, think about them as replacing snacks and other unhealthy food options.

When do you do measurements?

Take pictures, weight, and measure every Friday before eating or drinking anything.  Submit photos/measurements by noon under the “Events” tab on the Facebook group.

Meal Plans

Do you Offer Food Substitutes?

There is almost always a substitute.  Ask Daniel or Shanda and the specific meal plan thread.

How Much water should i drink ?

1 gallon per day minimum

Can I drink Coffee?

Yes!  Zero calorie sweetener and “Daniel approved” creamer.  Coffee Over Cardio has approved creamer!

Drinks Other than Water?

Yes!  “Zero” drinks.  Zero calories, zero carbs, zero sugar, etc.  36oz max per day.

Can I drink alcohol on the program?

Not recommended, BUT
Do your best with lowest calorie truly, white claw or clear liquor with diet or zero calorie drinks. This is what I do.  The thing with most cheap liquor or vodka is the sugar content.  The yeast as well which stores as fat.  The issue with drinking alcohol is alcohol does not do well with protein synthesis.  Which  in layman’s terms meaning alcohol does not metabolize and if you are a female we can take up to 5 to 6 days to start re-building muscle again guys is a little less.

Do we get Cheat Meals?

YES!  Once meal per week on either Saturday or Sunday.  Anything you want during a 2hr period.

What Spices and Sauces Can I Use to Prepare Meals?

The weekly meal plans will include a list of condiments that can be utilized weekly for food prep.  

Workout Plans

Cardio before of after workout?

That’s up to you unless plan says otherwise.

What is the best workout plan for results?

All workout plans are designed to reach the same goal.

What if I don't know how to do the exercises?

Daniel posts videos in the comments of each workout that shows how to do each exercise properly.

What happens if I miss a workout day?

Make it up on the Sunday rest day and keep working through the workout plan.
